Park Slope Rock School’s Summer Songwriting Session will be a 6-day workshop on the craft of songwriting.  Students will be placed into bands and each day will consist of 3 intensive hours of listening to established artists, analyzing song structures and writing our very own songs.  Our week will culminate in a recording session at Bunker Studios where students will be given an introduction to the studio and its functions and be able to record their original songs. Songwriting is a wonderful and challenging way for students to express themselves individually while working together with peers to produce something that is totally unique. Tuition for the one week session will be $500, which includes the cost of the recording session. We hope you’ll join us for a fun and exciting week of music!

Camp dates are July 30th-Aug 4th. The camp will be run from our usual location at Complete Music Studios (227 St. Marks Ave).
