write and record : Songwriting and pro recording

Park Slope Rock School’s WRITE AND RECORD CAMPS are a 6-day workshop on the craft of songwriting and recording. Open to all ability levels, ages 10-18, bands meet every day for 3 hours. The week culminates in a visit to BUNKER STUDIOS to learn about the recording process and record their original songs. Students leave with a fully recorded and mixed version of their song.

NOTE: We will need a minimum number of students to create a band. PSRS reserves the right to cancel any camp weeks due to insufficient enrollment.

RECORDING SESSIONS : June 25th, July 23rd, August 13th

All classes are held at Complete Music Studios at 227 St. Marks Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238 EXCEPT the June 20-25 Camp, which will be held at SMASH STUDIOS at 307 W 36th St 18th floor, New York, NY 10018. The recording sessions are held at Bunker Studios at 400 South 2nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11211
